Website and enquiry terms

These terms cover your use of coventryconservatoryroof.co.uk and any enquiry you send through it. The site is run by Coventry Conservatory Roof, and by browsing it or submitting an enquiry you accept what follows.

What this website actually does

conservatory roof replacement to a warm roof We're not the firm that does that work: our part stops at describing the problem and passing your enquiry on to someone who can look at it properly.

What you can do with what's published here

Reading this site, and printing a page for yourself, costs nothing and needs no permission from us. Everything here, the text, the images, the layout and the code behind it, belongs to Coventry Conservatory Roof or to whoever has licensed it to us, and none of it is available for republishing, reframing, scraping or any other reuse without our agreement.

General reading, not a report on your conservatory

conservatory roof replacement to a warm roof What you'll read here is written for a general audience, not assessed against your particular conservatory, and none of it stands in for a proper inspection or survey. Use it to understand the problem, not to decide what's actually wrong with your own roof.

What happens once you send an enquiry

There's no cost to sending an enquiry, and doing so doesn't put you under any contract with us. Your enquiry, with the details you gave, is passed to one specialist firm covering the area you told us about, so that they can contact you about it. They use it only to answer your enquiry and to arrange any visit or work you agree with them, and from that point they are responsible for how they handle it. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own use. From that point, any inspection, quotation or work is arranged directly between you and the specialist, on whatever terms they offer. The specialist may pay us when we pass the enquiry on. You pay us nothing, and you are free to get quotes from anyone else. Getting quotes elsewhere is entirely up to you; nothing about using this site commits you to the firm who takes your enquiry.

Who answers for the work itself

The firm that follows up with you carries its own responsibility for inspecting, advising on, quoting for, and carrying out any work, including any guarantee attached to it. A complaint about the work itself belongs with them first, though we're glad to hear about it too.

Content we can't guarantee

We take reasonable care over what's published here, though we can't guarantee it's always accurate or that the site will be available without interruption. Pages may be altered, added to, or withdrawn at any time.

Where our responsibility stops

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable to you for loss or damage connected with using this site or sending an enquiry through it. That limit doesn't touch death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law won't let us exclude. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If these terms get updated

These terms might be revised occasionally; whichever wording appears on this page at the time governs your use of the site. An update won't alter anything about an enquiry already sent before it took effect.

Which law applies, and where

These terms are governed by the law of the place where we're established, and any dispute would normally fall to the courts there. If you're a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, regardless.

Raising a question or a complaint

Any question about these terms, or a complaint about something you've seen on this site, can go through the contact page. If you complain to us about how we have handled your personal information, we acknowledge it within 30 days and reply as soon as we can.
